The situation

Where Curalta Health started

Curalta Health is a growing podiatry MSO operating across 70+ locations. Like most specialty practices, the systems that run its clinics were built to deliver care and stay compliant, not to run the business behind them. Parable set out to change that, turning the practice's everyday clinical data into a reporting foundation leadership could actually run the business from.

What stood in the way
  • Nearly every question from leadership meant someone exporting data.
  • Spreadsheets were rebuilt by hand, again and again.
  • Clinical systems were never meant to run the business behind them.
What Parable built

From clinical data to a foundation leadership can run on.

1

From Transactions to Decisions

Parable brought everyday clinical activity into one consistent, trusted view, with payers, service lines, orders and locations measured the same way every time. Leadership now starts from a single source it can trust.

2

Revenue You Can See Coming

An expected payments model, refreshed daily and grounded in each provider, service, facility and state, brings the long journey from visit to paid claim into view. Revenue that once slipped through the cracks now gets caught while there is still time to act.

3

Scaling Without Scaling the Team

As Curalta quadrupled its visit volume, its core analytics team stayed the same size. Self-serve, reusable reporting puts trustworthy numbers directly in the hands of the people who need them.

Inside the build

Orders Not Shipped Within 30 Days

This dashboard follows the custom shoes, orthotics and diagnostic orders a provider placed that still haven't reached the patient a month later. Placing, fulfilling and billing an order are captured as separate events, so an order can quietly stall. The dashboard reconnects those steps and surfaces every order sitting in limbo, by office and by provider. Each one is a patient still waiting on care and a claim that may never be billed.

The bottom line

This was never about replacing the systems Curalta already relied on. It was about giving a growing team the visibility to see the whole business clearly, and the confidence to keep scaling without ever losing sight of the numbers.
